It is a process that takes place at two levels:
1- The course level, at the end of each academic year.
2- The academic program level, at the end of the second academic year of the program.
This is conducted through the Final Notification of the Results form submitted by the course coordinators at the end of each semester, in which the targeted LOs for both the course and the academic program are evaluated.
It is worth noting that the evaluation is also conducted automatically via the course results directly and indirectly through satisafction surveys.
The continuous improvement of the course is conducted by the scientific department after analyzing the final notification of the results forms for the courses affiliated with the department, in which the course description is updated in terms of content and LOs.
Regarding the continuous improvement of the academic program, this is done by the advisory committee, which consists of employers, graduates and academics), after studying the final notification of the results forms for the program, in which the academic program is updated in terms of courses and LOs. The continuous improvement for the academic program should be approved by the Standing Scientific Committee of Jazan University.
