"Madar" Forum discusses the development of study plans at Jazan University

His Excellency the President of Jazan University, Prof. Dr. Mar’ei bin Hussein Al-Qahtani, stressed the necessity of combining knowledge and skills based tasks when building study plans, so that the University’s graduates are capable enough for the labor market changes.
This came during his sponsorship of the “Madar” study plans development forum under the title: “Our study plans are a future vision”. The forum was organised by the Vice Presidency for Academic Affairs this morning in the College of Arts and Humanities auditorium, in the presence of members of the University Council, Vice Deans for Academic Affairs, heads of scientific departments and their assistants, and members of the Study Plans and Curricula Committee, and a number of faculty members.
The Acting Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Muhammad bin Yahya Arishi, clarified the broad lines for which Jazan University implements Madar forums, indicating that the aim of the forum is to discuss the best methods and real plans that anticipate and establish an advanced scientific future that matches the tremendous progress in education and learning systems in the developed world.
After that, the speakers presented their scientific papers: Dr. Ghaleb bin Rayhan Al-Omeish, Dr. Rasha Ahmed Al-Mashhour and Dr. Omaima Munwar Al-Badri.
