Jazan University has achieved a new milestone by receiving a certificate for implementing the unified design system "Platforms Code" in its e-portal. This accomplishment reflects the university's excellence in enhancing the user experience.

The President of Jazan University, Professor Muhammed Aburasain, received the honor from the Governor of the Digital Government Authority, Engineer Ahmed Al-Suwayan, during the Digital Government Launches. The initiative aims to empower government entities to deliver seamless and unified digital experiences.

Professor Aburasain highlighted that the university’s integrated digital services reflect the support it receives from the wise leadership committed to developing the digital services ecosystem. He emphasized that digital transformation is one of the key pillars for achieving Saudi Vision 2030, noting that the university has launched numerous digital services and projects as part of its strategy to provide secure and accessible services.

He further explained that the "Platform Code" initiative addresses government needs and fosters community contributions. It is designed to meet diverse requirements by enabling rapid development of consistent experiences, allowing designers and developers to focus on specific needs using pre-built assets.

Dr. Abdulaziz Mohammed Alderhami, Vice Dean for Human Resources and Technology for Digital Transformation, stated that this achievement underscores the university's commitment to delivering advanced digital services that meet the needs of students, staff, and the wider community. He added that the Deanship of Human Resources and Technology implemented the "Platform Code" in the university’s digital portal and internal platforms, contributing to increased productivity and easier access to information.

Dr. Alderhami expressed his gratitude to the University President for his continuous support of digital transformation initiatives, which played a significant role in achieving this accomplishment.

This recognition marks another step in Jazan University’s journey toward digital leadership, affirming its commitment to enhancing Saudi Arabia's international rankings and contributing to the goals of sustainable development and Vision 2030.
