Jazan University: Media Department

Jazan University, represented by the Accounting Department at the College of Business Administration, participates in the International Conference on Accounting Education, which is organized by the Saudi Organization for Auditors and Accountants.

The Dean of the College of Business Administration, Dr. Shafiq Aseeri, explained that the college, through its pavilion at the exhibition, provides an overview of the university and its achievements, as well as the programs of the College of Business Administration, especially the Accounting Program and the Executive MBA.

Dr. Aseeri informed that our pavilion and participation’s focus is to communicate with specialized agencies and organizations with the aim of development and finding out about the latest trends of the labor market and its requirements. In addition to that the exhibition and the accompanying workshops and meetings enable one to see the modern trends in the science of accounting and what has been achieved in terms of technology and scientific development.

The University pavilion in the exhibition received a number of visitors interested in accounting education, as well as students wishing to complete postgraduate studies, and financial managers from a number of major companies in the Kingdom.

It is noteworthy that the conference started last Tuesday evening with a recorded speech by His Excellency the Minister of Commerce, in the presence of His Excellency the Minister of Education and the Deputy Minister of Commerce, and it will continue until Thursday 01/05/2023.
