Jazan University: Media Department

Jazan University Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Hassan bin Abdullah Ishaq, inaugurated the Professional Certificate Program in Teaching and Learning, one of the programs of the Deanship of Academic Development at the university. It is a training course for 50 faculty members from affiliated faculties, and is within the Jazan University Excellence in Teaching and Learning Program.

The General Supervisor of the Professional Certificate Program in Teaching and Learning, Dr. Haitham Hadidi, explained that the Jazan University Excellence in Teaching and Learning Program comes within the strategic plan of the University and adopts professional development and continuous support for faculty members to maintain the excellence of university education.

While the scientific content officer and program developer, Dr. Omaima Radwan, informed that the course comes within the Jazan University Excellence in Education program and aims to prepare a specialized and qualified academic team to teach in the university environment, increase the productivity of faculty members and achieve distinguished learning outcomes, in addition to developing the qualification of the faculty and improve capabilities. Dr. Radwan indicated that the Jazan University Excellence in Teaching and Learning program will extend for a period of 4 weeks, including 8 sessions, of 32 training hours.
