Jazan University: Media Department

The Jazan University Council, held its third session for the Academic Year 1443 AH, under the chairmanship of His Excellency the President of the University, Prof. Mar’ei bin Hussein Al-Qahtani, in the University Council Hall in the Administrative Tower, this morning. The Council approved the appointment of 32 Saudi faculty members, and the scholarship, continuity and transfer of (36) Teaching assistants and lecturers, both male and female, to pursue master’s and doctoral degrees in different disciplines, granting of master’s degrees to (3) students, recommending the approval of the University’s Annual Report for the academic year 1442 AH, approving a service contract between Jazan University and Al-Madinah International University in Malaysia, and approving some Research and academic topics.

The session was attended by the Secretary-General for Universities Council Affairs, Dr. Muhammad bin Abdulaziz Al-Saleh, the university’s vice presidents and deans of the faculties and supporting deanships. This was stated by the University’s Vice President for Post Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, the Secretary of the University Council, Prof. Muhammad bin Hassan Abu Rasin.​
