Jazan University Vice President for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, Prof. Dr. Muhammad bin Hassan Abu Rasin, launched this morning the national campaign for vaccination against seasonal influenza, which is organized by the General Administration of Medical Services and the Operation of the University Hospital in the University’s administrative tower.

The Supervisor of the General Administration of Medical Services and the Operation of the University Hospital, Dr. Madani Al-Issa, explained that the campaign targets students and employees of the university through several centers. A number of vaccination sites have been prepared to provide vaccinations: the administrative tower, the University Medical Services center (University Hospital), the health center for female students at Mahliya, and the medical clinic in the Medical Campus for female students.

It is noteworthy that this campaign is in continuation of the efforts undertaken by the General Administration of Medical Services and the Operation of the University Hospital, in cooperation with the Ministry of Health, to maintain the health and safety of members of the university community, to enhance health awareness, and to encourage proper hygienic behavior.
