Jazan University: Media Department 

The Council of Jazan University, in its second session for the academic year 1443 AH, was held under the chairmanship of His Excellency the President of the University, Prof. Mar’ei bin Hussein Al-Qahtani. It was held in the University Council Hall in the Administrative Tower. A decision was taken to approve the scholarships of 37 male and female teaching assistants and lecturers to pursue master’s and doctoral degrees in different disciplines, to grant a master’s degree for 12 male and female students, approval of the amendment of the study plan for the Diagnostic Radiology Technology program at the College of Applied Medical Sciences, approval of some research and academic topics (adding membership - delegation - resignation).
The session was attended by the Secretary-General for Universities Council Affairs, Dr. Muhammad bin Abdulaziz Al-Saleh, the university’s Vice Presidents, Deans of faculties and Deanships. This was stated by the University’s Vice President for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, the Secretary of the University Council, Prof. Muhammad bin Hassan Abu Rasin.
