His Excellency Jazan University President, Prof. Dr. Mar’ei bin Hussein Al-Qahtani, extended his great thanks and gratitude to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz AlSaud, and to His Royal Highness Prince Muhammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense – may God preserve them – on the approval of the creation of (137) assistant professor positions, and (272) lecturer positions, within the budget of Jazan University for the next fiscal year (1443/1444 AH).

He said: The support that Jazan University enjoys from the wise leadership has made the successive achievements possible and this enabled us to develop the community and the region within a short period of time. His Excellency informed that creating (137) Assistant Professor positions and (272) Lecturer positions will contribute substantially towards strengthening human resources. It will support the academic system with Saudi youth and for the University to continue its lofty mission in building the human resources, the community and region, in light of the Kingdom’s vision 2030. His Excellency also valued the support and follow-up of His Excellency the Minister of Education, Dr. Hammad Al Sheikh, for the university and its employees.

Dr. Al-Qahtani called on God Almighty to grant success to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, and His Highness the Crown Prince – may God preserve them – to achieve everything that includes the prosperity of the country and the welfare of the citizens.
