His Royal Highness Prince Muhammad bin Abdulaziz bin Muhammad bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Governor of Jazan Region, was briefed on the most prominent achievements of Jazan University since the announcement of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030. The Governor received in his office today, His Excellency the President of Jazan University, Dr. Mar’ei bin Hussein Al-Qahtani, University Vice Presidents, Deans and Supervisor of the University Hospital.

His Highness watched a presentation on the progress and results of the admission process and detailed statistics on the number of students admitted to the University for the academic year 1443 AH, in addition to what the University has achieved in many development and investment aspects, in line with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.

Prince Muhammad bin Abdulaziz was also briefed on the university’s efforts to expand the community’s immunity against the Coronavirus, through the vaccination centers of the university hospital and its health colleges in the governorate, and its launching of more than 53 mobile centers to serve the university’s employees and public education students in the governorates of the region, to achieve a safe return to in-person classes.

His Highness noted the support and directives of the wise leadership to achieve the best educational levels and health services for citizens and residents.
He urged His Highness to intensify the efforts of Jazan University in serving the community in the region and its governorates, health and development services it provides that contribute to the advancement of all scientific and educational fields in the Jazan region. He wished them success and excellence at the local and regional levels and to achieve a distinguished position among Saudi universities.
