His Excellency the President of Jazan University, Prof. Dr. Mar’ei bin Hussein Al-Qahtani, announced that the University has received accreditation of 9 academic programs from the Education and Training Evaluation Commission.

His Excellency informed that this achievement is an important step towards achieving the University’s strategic goals that meet the aspirations of the rulers of this blessed country under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz and His Royal Highness Crown Prince and Minister of Defense His Royal Highness Prince Muhammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz – may God preserve them – and contribute to realizing the Saudi Vision 2030 through its various programs.

His Excellency extended his thanks to all those in charge of the program accreditation project and all employees of the University including Vice Presidents and Deans, the faculty and administration and the students for their efforts, and he also congratulated them on this great achievement.

It is noteworthy that the accreditation has been awarded to 9 programs and majors in the Colleges of the University, namely:

The Medicine and Surgery Program at the College of Medicine, the Oral and Dental Medicine and Surgery Program at the College of Dentistry, the Physiotherapy Programs, the Clinical Nutrition, the Medical Laboratories, the Diagnostic Radiology Technology at the College of Applied Medical Sciences, the Interior Design Program at the College of Design and Architecture, the Clinical Nutrition Program at the University College in Abu Arish, the Physiotherapy program at the University College in AlAardah.
