Jazan University wins the award for “A Stimulating Work Environment”
His Excellency the Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, Eng. Ahmed bin Sulaiman Al-Rajhi sent a letter of thanks to Jazan University for securing one of the top positions and high ratings in achieving the criteria of the “Stimulating Work Environment” initiative.
The Dean of Human Resources at the University, Dr. Mansour bin Hammoud Awaji, expressed his gratitude to the teams of the Deanship of Human Resources and to the University’s employees who made this achievement and success possible. The University fared exceptionally well in the area of employee satisfaction with the work environment.
Dr. Awaji praised the support and close follow-up of His Excellency the President of the University, Prof. Dr. Mar’ei bin Hussein Al-Qahtani, and His Excellency the Vice President of the University, Prof. Dr. Muhammad bin Ali Ma’ashi.
While the Director of the Human Resources Operations Department, Mr. Hassan Al-Harbi, confirmed that the University has worked to develop its human resources through education, training and the development of work systems, in addition to creating an effective, stimulating and advanced work environment that ensures the enhancement of employees’ ability to communicate to achieve business goals in the best interests of the University.
Al-Harbi pointed out that the university is working in accordance with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 in the field of developing the capabilities and performance of human resources to achieve the quality of life program, by providing an attractive work environment that ensures the employee has a sense of job security, in addition to developing his talents through training and qualification programs to refine his skills and provide the appropriate environment for creativity, innovation and development.
