Admission of New Students

Second subject

The University Council shall be determined upon the proposal of the councils of the faculties and
Related bodies in the University Students who can be admitted to the next academic year.

The executive base of Jazan University

The Deanship of Admission and Registration is based on the reports of the College Councils
They can be admitted to the class or school year.

Article 3

Admission to the new student must be as follows:
A. Have a high school diploma or its equivalent from inside or outside the Kingdom.
B. Not more than five years have elapsed since the completion of the secondary school or
It’s equivalent. The University Council may exempt from this condition if there are convincing
reasons.
C. Be of good conduct.
D. Successfully pass any test or personal interview deemed necessary by the University Council.
E. Be medically fit.
F. Obtain the approval of the study author if he works in any governmental or private entity.
G. Meet any other conditions specified by the University Council and be announced at the time of
submission.

The Executive Rule of Jazan University:

1. The student must not have been dismissed from the University of Jazan or any other disciplinary
class.
2. The student should not be registered in another university degree in Jazan University or in another
University. The Deanship of Admission and Registration has the right to cancel his admission if it
becomes clear otherwise, the University Council can make an exception.
3. The Rector may exempt from the conditions if there are convincing reasons.

Article 4

The trade-off between applicants who meet all the requirements shall be in accordance
with their test scores High school certificate, personal interview and admission tests, if any.

The Executive Rule of Jazan University

The Deanship of Admission and Registration, based on the recommendations of the faculty
Councils, prepares a presentation of the differentiation mechanisms between the applicant
students in preparation for submission to the University Council or the authorized body.
