As one of the most established departments in the college, we take pride in a legacy built on academic excellence, innovation, and service to society. The Department of Civil and Architectural Engineering plays a vibrant role in shaping future engineers who contribute to national infrastructure, sustainable urban development, and economic growth. Our mission is to deliver modern, forward-looking education that combines engineering principles with architectural design, sustainability, and advanced construction technologies.

Through a blend of rigorous coursework, hands-on training, and exposure to real-world challenges, our graduates acquire the technical expertise, ethical values, and creative vision necessary to serve both local and global communities. We offer specialized education in structural, geotechnical, transportation, water, environmental, surveying, and construction engineering. While also advancing architectural design, building technology, and sustainable smart construction practices.

In both civil and architectural engineering, we emphasize responsible practices that minimize environmental impact, conserve resources, and enhance community well-being. By preparing engineers who are technically competent, socially responsible, and globally aware, we aim to develop leaders capable of driving sustainable growth and innovation in line with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
