Cognitive life skills and natural strengthening of immunity against the Coronavirus at the University College of Farasan

Under the auspices of the Dean represented in the Training Unit, the University College of Farasan implemented a workshop entitled Cognitive Life Skills, the Path to Success, targeting faculty members and students, presented by Ms. Abrar Akli and Ms. Veronica Leeds, with the participation of 15 members and students, through the Zoom application.

The workshop aimed at the students' need to know and acquire these skills and distinguish them from others in these skills in achieving their professional dreams in the workplace. The presentation consisted of Harvard University research data and survey reports as a guide to show percentages about career success outcomes.

It is centered on three interpersonal skills and skill skills and experience skills, namely: communication skills, skills, and emotional intelligence.

After that, tips and recommendations were presented at the end of the presentation on personal skills, and the workshop ended with thanks to the Dean, Vice Dean, President of the College of English Language, and the Public Relations Unit of the College.

The college at the university conducted the university’s knights, represented in a lecture service unit entitled: Natural strengthening of immunity against the Coronavirus, targeting women and girls of the Knights community, presented by Dr. Narges Al-Behairi through the Zoom reputation.

The introductory lecture discussed the Coronavirus, the spread of infection, and transmission of infection.

After that, I touched on what is meant by the possible response to the disease.
