• Follow up the students requests and enquiries.
• Announcing the dates and schedule of important academic activities for students.
• Providing attendance statements and reports to faculty members.
• Inserting the study schedules for all the departments.
• Inclusion of final exams schedules for the departments.
• Submission of all important reports to Student Guidance Unit.
