Message from the Dean
In the name of God, and blessings and peace be upon the best of the prophets and messengers, our master Muhammad and his family
and companions, and after: I am pleased and honored to welcome you to the University College website in the Farasan Islands Governorate of Jazan University - I also thank you for your visit to the college’s website .
The University College in the Farasan Islands Governorate is inspired by its mission and goals from the directives of the
wise leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, and the college works with unremitting effort and determination to build
the next generation of the nation’s girls, and to contribute to building the bright civilized model that the
leadership in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia seeks.
In addition to the college’s basic mission in university education, the college is also keen to
enhance its role as a pioneering institution in scientific research and in community service, determined to contribute
effectively to the scientific renaissance of the Kingdom, and put its experiences, capabilities and
volunteer activities of students in the service of the Kingdom’s institutions and society and Patriotism , in turn, participate in various initiatives.
. Therefore, the College of Science and Arts begins with knights with three wings, which are the wings of the young university, the first of which is to
provide quality education, based on planning and implementation of educational outcomes, relying on the
national framework of qualifications, and staffing all the requirements of the authorities working to improve and develop education.
The second active participation in the field of scientific research, which does not envisage the existence of facility concerned with
higher education, and overlook the search, seek our college to put its mark in the field of scientific research and
taking advantage of the potential offered by the university, and contribute to provide useful solutions to the issues of the
Farasan Island.
And third, to contribute to community service through active participation in organizing and attending the
island’s events, which are rich in its festivals and events. Integration into society and proximity to
its issues are among the college’s priorities, as it urges its members and students to innovate in presenting ideas and projects
that will enhance the relationship between the college and its near community.
Despite the great challenges facing by the college, it finds in these challenges an opportunity for
exceptional success through careful planning and diligent work to reach the goals that the
college is entrusted with achieving.
We also prepare our university, our society, and our female students to always be the first in providing what would
overcome difficulties and provide education up to the standards of modern education, believing that everyone is partners
in making the dream come true.
