Vice Dean Message
Praise be to God, and may blessings and peace be upon the most honorable of the prophets and messengers, our Prophet Muhammad, and upon all his family and companions. The Vice Deanship of the College of Education for Academic Affairs is an important part of the college’s multiple divisions, that aims to continually work towards achieving its vision, mission and goals with distinguished and diverse scientific and academic programs through which it aspires to contribute to the realization of the Kingdom’s 2030 Vision. We look forward to an integrative and participatory leadership role through which we can continue leadership and excellence at the University colleges’ level.
Uniqueness and distinction in achieving development and quality practices in the faculty in line with local, regional and international standards.
Work to improve the practices of development and quality processes in the college to contribute to the college’s performance of its mission and strategic goals by following advanced practical practices.
1- Spreading the culture of development and quality among the faculty and employees and conducting studies and workshops in the areas of academic development and accreditation.
2- Spreading the culture of strategic planning among the various units of the college in accordance with the strategic plan of the college.
3- Achieving the conditions and criteria for evaluating the performance of faculty members.
4- Achieving the goals and projects of the college’s strategic plan.
5- Performance evaluation to ensure the overall quality of the various college programs.
6- Developing the performance of the teaching staff through training and educational programs on developments in learning methods, teaching and effective instructional design.
7- Sponsoring individual creativity initiatives among faculty and students.
8- Identify the level of beneficiaries’ satisfaction from inside and outside the college. Communicate the feedback results to all relevant university units to take the necessary measures to improve the services.

1- Review / update the strategic plans of the college units in accordance with the college’s strategic plan.
2- Creating executive plans for the college units and following up on their implementation.
3- Review and update academic programs and curricula to reach the expected level of performance for accreditation.
4- Reshaping the acceptance criteria for the programs to increase the annual student retention rate.
5- Encouraging reference comparisons of e-learning practices with other colleges.
6- Preparing periodic evaluation and updating of e-learning content.
7- Providing support for effective educational design and ensuring professional competency factors.
8- Providing workshops and educational and training programs on the latest developments in educational methods and technologies.
9 – Encouraging initiatives and innovations in the teaching and learning process.
10- Improving the system of evaluating the performance of faculty members.
11- Conducting workshops on creativity.
12- Organizing programs to develop performance in teaching and learning based on creativity in the fields of specialization.
13- Encouraging and stimulating individual creativity initiatives among faculty and students.
14- Conducting annual forums for innovation and entrepreneurship.
15- Conducting a series of lectures for distinguished visiting faculty members with international excellence awards, to share their experiences with faculty members in the college.
16- Developing the evaluation process for faculty members through benchmarks.
17- Establishing or updating the evaluation system for faculty members.
18- Enhancing the evaluation system for faculty members through feedback.
19- Establishing a unified system of appraisals and accountability for faculty members through benchmarking and based on performance.
20- Attracting high-level organizations in the government and private sectors to organize seminars and workshops, and sponsor innovation and entrepreneurship ideas for students and faculty members.
