JUH CARE Digital Health Services Platform
In line with the strategic plan of Jazan University, which aims to develop technological infrastructure and enhance the quality of digital services, and within the framework of the university’s ongoing digital transformation, the University Hospital continues its journey towards a smarter and more distinguished healthcare future through the launch of the JUH CARE Digital Health Services Platform. The JUH CARE Platform offers more than 15 digital services, including creating a medical file, adding dependents, booking and viewing appointments, monitoring vital signs, reviewing lab results and prescriptions, and many other smart services, all within a unified and secure digital environment.

To make JUH CARE a leading national model in the digital transformation of university healthcare by providing smart, integrated, and secure health services that enhance quality of life and align with the aspirations of Saudi Vision 2030.
Mission:
To enable Jazan University staff and their dependents to seamlessly access digital healthcare services through a unified and secure platform that improves the beneficiary experience, enhances operational efficiency, and raises the quality of health services. This is achieved by leveraging modern technologies, integrating systems, and ensuring operational sustainability.. supporting the university and university hospital’s vision to improve the quality and efficiency of healthcare services, serve the community, promote public health, develop communication channels with beneficiaries, and enhance the patient experience.
