A department linked to the Vice President for Academic Affairs, and concerned with providing educational services, including laboratories, laboratories apparatus, equipment, classrooms, museums, educational aids, and their maintenance for all University faculties and its various sectors

Department Vision

We strive in the Department of Educational Services and Facilities to achieve an integrated educational environment based on quality and innovation, enhancing efficiency and sustainability, by providing distinguished services and advanced facilities that support the educational process, empower staff, keep pace with developments, and achieve institutional leadership.

Department Tasks
  • Supervising the preparation of annual plans, the estimated budget, and the scheduling of educational requirements for the colleges.

  • Providing administrative and professional supervision of the affiliated departments and coordinating among them to ensure integration of their activities and optimal utilization of available resources.

  • Overseeing educational facilities and monitoring the implementation of regulations and organizational procedures for procuring educational equipment and supplies for classrooms, laboratories, and workshops, excluding infrastructure, equipment, and services managed by the Deanship of Human and Technical Resources.

  • Supervising the maintenance of scientific, engineering, and medical equipment in coordination with specialized technicians.

  • Applying the approved systems, regulations, and instructions in the operations of the administration and the departments under its supervision.
