Technical supervision of establishing new laboratories and following up on their maintenance.
Reviewing faculty orders and monitoring supply activities.
Inventory of all laboratories and laboratory equipment in all departments and faculties.
Redistribution of equipment among various faculty laboratories as needed.
Following up on the maintenance and operation of scientific and medical devices in coordination with related departments.
Technical supervision of the central warehouse for chemicals and glassware.
Conducting regular field visits to inspect faculty laboratories.
Preparing the annual procurement booklet in coordination with faculties and the purchasing and warehouse departments.
Supervising computer laboratories and monitoring their needs.
Supervising classrooms and following up on their equipment.
Handling tasks referred by authorized officials.
