List of operational and technical responsibilities

  • Technical supervision of establishing new laboratories and following up on their maintenance.

  • Reviewing faculty orders and monitoring supply activities.

  • Inventory of all laboratories and laboratory equipment in all departments and faculties.

  • Redistribution of equipment among various faculty laboratories as needed.

  • Following up on the maintenance and operation of scientific and medical devices in coordination with related departments.

  • Technical supervision of the central warehouse for chemicals and glassware.

  • Conducting regular field visits to inspect faculty laboratories.

  • Preparing the annual procurement booklet in coordination with faculties and the purchasing and warehouse departments.

  • Supervising computer laboratories and monitoring their needs.

  • Supervising classrooms and following up on their equipment.

  • Handling tasks referred by authorized officials.
