Contracts Monitoring and Management Department

Follow up on transactions and prepare reports on completed tasks.

Accelerate the completion of transactions and ensure delivery to the intended destination.

Establish a unified reference for monitoring all department contracts.

Provide support and guidance to the Equipment and Competitions Unit team.

Evaluate, control, and monitor each contract (cost, goals achievement, and strategies).

Build a contracts database containing all current and previous contract details for future reference.

Submit monthly reports to the Department Manager.
