  • Contracts Monitoring and Management

  • Follow up on transactions and prepare reports on completed tasks.

  • Accelerate the completion of transactions and ensure delivery to the intended destination.

  • Establish a unified reference for monitoring all department contracts.

  • Provide support and guidance to the Equipment and Competitions Unit team.

  • Evaluate, control, and monitor each contract (cost, goals achievement, and strategies).

  • Build a contracts database containing all current and previous contract details for future reference.

  • Submit monthly reports to the Department Manager.
