Responsibilities

  • To develop and maintain a variety of programs and activities worthwhile to students both socially and academically.
  • Provide leadership opportunities and leadership development opportunities for students which compliments the classroom experience.
  • Promote good relations with the students, faculty, and staff of campus.
  • To motivate outstanding students from the students by nominating the outstanding student to be the ideal student.
  • Encouraging students to interact with the college activities by participating in the design of the college events and conducting scientific research programs.
  • Distributing students to different committees of activity.
  • Conduct periodic cultural competitions for students and distribute gifts to those who send the correct solution to the activity committee competent.
  • Identify the best student and motivate them to improve their performance in studies and other extra-curricular activities.
  • Motivate the talented student to keep top talent for longer.
  • Motivate the student to participate seminars, workshops, and career development activates for personality development and growth.
  • Motivate the student to build innovative projects and ideas.
  • Identify the student talents and encourage them to do productive work towards society.
  • Identify the most talented student and award them during the academic year.
  • Identify the needs and requirement in and around the community.
  • Initiate, plan and implement community projects/activities focused on goals.
  • Compile a list of programs, volunteer projects, and volunteer services for whole year.
  • Put into place and carry out plans focused on human development, environmental protection, and recreational improvement, and wellness.
  • Whenever possible, partner with other service clubs, the chamber of commerce and other organizations to carry out community plans.
  • Compile Community Service reports and present the results to the department/college once in a year.
  • Written Community Service reports are to be submitted to the college level community unit
