Proceeding from the college's vision to become a legal edifice distinguished in knowledge and research, combining originality and modernity, with contribution towards the community and achieving leadership locally and globally. And the mission, reflects the vision and mission of Jazan University.

The Faculty of Sharia and Law sought excellence and creativity by occupying an advanced position within the Sharia faculties of the corresponding universities.

In light of this aim, the Vice Deanship of Academic Affairs works to achieve standards of quality and academic accreditation and to improve teaching through the application of modern methods, that shift from a focus on inputs to a focus on the outcomes and enhance the practical aspects to enrich the student’s cognitive and scientific skills that achieve Vision 2030.

The vice deanship also seeks to raise the level of performance in all aspects, especially the academic one, and to provide suitable environments to provide distinguished effective teaching and high-end community services, by building academic programs characterized by activating the role of the student. By stimulating his intellectual potential by combining the theoretical and practical side, would help to qualify the graduate and be able to apply what he has learnt with this future career. And also utilize all sources of education in gaining knowledge and employing it effectively in developing his professional specializations.
