About the Department

The Department of Translation was established with the beginning of the inception of the college in the academic year 1433/1432 AH corresponding to 2011. With the beginning of the academic year 1439/1438 AH, a decision was issued to amend the Department of Translation to the Department of English Language. The department includes a selection of faculty members in different disciplines in the field of English and with different specializations. After completion of the course, the student obtains a Bachelor's degree in English.

The English Language Program aspires to provide graduates with high-quality educational and research skills to master theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the fields of English language and literature to enable them to contribute to community service while meeting the requirements of the local labor market.
