Responsibilities:
- Ensure academic quality and improve the quality criteria in line with the accreditation agencies like NCAAA / ABET standards.
- Disseminate quality culture among faculty members, administrative staff and students.
- Review benchmarking and analyse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) periodically.
- Review all the quality documents including (Course File, Course Specifications Course syllabi, Course report, Program specifications, Program annual reports, .etc.)
- Assessment of all questionnaires among staff, students, graduates, labour market, etc. data to help in building improvement plans.
- Involve all stakeholders in all stages of the program educational process.
- Conduct seminars /workshops about QAU and accreditation procedures among faculty and students.
- Monitor and archive academic accreditation files.
