Responsibilities:
- Ensure academic quality in line with the ABET accreditation.
- Review all the quality related documents including (Course File, Course Description, Course Specifications, ABET Course syllabi, Consolidated Course Reports, Program Specifications, ABET Student Outcomes (SOs) Assessment Report, Annual Program Report, etc.)
- Assessment of all questionnaires among staff, students, graduates, labour market, and etc. data to help in building improvement plans.
- Involve all stakeholders in all stages of the program accreditation process.
- Conduct seminars/workshops about ABET accreditation procedures among faculty and students.
- Monitor and archive academic accreditation files.
- Design and implement improvement plan.
- Prepare SSR (Self-Study Report) as per ABET requirements alongside applicable evidences in the program.
- The committee is responsible for all the documents related to ABET accreditation for BIT program.
