- Follow-up and coordination with all relevant authorities in matters related to the interests of the administration and the scope of its work.
- Emphasizing the importance of strengthening communication channels with departments in girls' colleges to develop the level of performance and speed of completion of work.
- Laying down plans for the activities of the women’s administration, in line with the general goals and policies of the university, and following up on their implementation.
- Preparing the necessary reports on the activities of the women’s department.

Department units and their tasks
Number of administrative units: (5) administrative units, which are:
- Faculty Members Affairs Unit.
- Personnel Affairs Unit.
- Salaries and allowances unit.
- Procurement Unit.
- Administrative Development Unit.
Tasks of the administrative units:
1- The Faculty Members Affairs Unit:
is concerned with all administrative transactions and decisions of faculty members at the university level. It has been divided into three divisions:
- The Saudi Nationals Division.
- Female Contracting Division (non-Saudi).
- Residents section.
Each division carries out different tasks from the rest of the people, each in its specialization and according to the tasks assigned to it,
in an integrated and harmonious manner. And the number of female employees is (4).
2- Personnel Affairs Unit:
The unit is concerned with the transactions and decisions related to the administrative employees of the university and it employs (3) employees.
3- Salaries and Allowances Unit:
It is concerned with issuing rallies for all expenses and allowances for university employees, including female employees, collaborators, and faculty members, and it has (3) female employees.
4- The Procurement Unit:
It is concerned with securing the needs and requirements of the female section in all its colleges, departments and units, with setting up a program for the annual needs of various classes in coordination with the various departments of the university. And it employs (2) female employees.
5- The Administrative Development Unit:
It is a support unit that is concerned with following up on the completion of transactions and coordination between the units. It is also concerned with updating the procedural manual and the databases of the administration and proposing everything that would raise the level of performance and quality of work. It has one female employee from each of the previous units.
