About the Department:

This department oversees the management and organization of student clubs and advisory councils. It aims to develop students’ personalities and refine their skills through cultural, educational, recreational, and volunteer activities that strengthen their spirit of cooperation, initiative, and belonging to both the university and society

Objectives of Student Clubs

• Strengthening national and Islamic values and a sense of belonging.

• Discovering and nurturing student talents, supporting and developing their creative skills.

• Building well-rounded student personalities—educationally, culturally, and socially.

• Utilizing students’ free time productively through diverse activities.

• Providing opportunities for students to take responsibility in planning, execution, and follow-up.

• Showcasing students’ contributions in implementing programs and activities.

About the Councils

The councils aim to improve academic and social life while strengthening communication between students and university administration. They provide students with opportunities for active participation in developing their university environment.

Objectives

• Deepening the values of loyalty to faith, the King, and the homeland, as well as strengthening students’ sense of belonging to the university and commitment to community service.

• Promoting the principles of transparency, integrity, and fairness in the work and decisions of student advisory councils.

• Involving students in decision-making within the university through defined and precise mechanisms that foster scientific development in the work environment, raise performance levels, and promote positive conduct with peers and faculty.

• Training students in dialogue skills, fostering harmony within an organized environment, and reinforcing the value of dialogue and respect for diverse opinions.

• Preparing students with leadership and decision-making skills to achieve the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
