Jazan University achieves a 99% completion rate of transactions and the satisfaction of beneficiaries

Jazan University, represented by the Enquiry Center, achieved a feat in the services provided, in the beneficiary satisfaction index in the Tawasul platform, which is supervised by the Ministry of Education, with a rate of 99.54%, and the percentage of beneficiary satisfaction is 82%.

For her part, the Supervisor of the Enquiry Center, Ms. Nouf Asseis, thanked the President of the University, Prof. Dr. Mar’ei bin Hussein Al-Qahtani, and the Acting Vice President for Development and Entrepreneurship, Prof. Dr. Muhammad bin Hassan Abu Rasin, for their support and interest in everything that contributes to the progress and development of the university.

It is noteworthy that the Tawasul platform affiliated with the Ministry of Education measures the satisfaction of the beneficiaries during the entire year, in terms of the number of tickets, the percentage of completion, and the satisfaction of the beneficiaries with them.
