Jazan University: Media Department 

Jazan University, represented by the Deanship of Student Affairs, is hosting the twenty-second meeting of the Deans of Student Affairs in Saudi universities, on Monday and Tuesday. The aim is to enhance communication between the deanships of student affairs in Saudi universities, and benefit from experiences and exchange expertise between deanships.

The Dean of Student Affairs at the University, Dr. Yahya bin Ali Faqihi, stated that the twenty-second meeting of the committee will witness a discussion of a number of initiatives concerned with strengthening the role of the University students through the advanced programs and services provided, in order to achieve the hopes and aspirations of Saudi university students and invest their energies to contribute to achieving and creating an active role. These objectives shall be in line with the Kingdom's Vision 2030.

Dr. Faqihi welcomed his counterparts, the deans of student affairs while appreciating the support of His Excellency the President of the University, Prof. Dr. Mar’ei bin Hussein Al-Qahtani, for hosting the meeting at the University. He also thanked the Acting Vice President for Academic Affairs, Prof. Dr. Muhammad bin Yahya Arishi, for his continuous follow-up and support for the activities of the Deanship. Dr. Faqihi also appreciated efforts of all sections of the University concerned with hosting the delegations participating in the meeting.
