His Excellency the President of Jazan University, Prof. Dr. Mari bin Hussein Al-Qahtani, issued a number of decisions regarding appointment, assignment, and renewal of appointments, which included: Appointment of Dr. Ahmed Abdul-Haq Ali Abdul-Haq as Vice-Dean of the College of Public Health and Tropical Medicine for Research and Development, renewal of the appointment of Dr. Ali bin Omar Hakami as Vice Dean of the College of Applied Medical Sciences for Academic Affairs, renewal of the appointment of Dr. Zakaria bint Ahmed Zakary as Vice-Dean of the College of Sharia and Law for the female section, and the appointment of Dr. Yasser bin Ali Al-Hazmi, Vice Dean of the College of Dentistry for Academic Affairs, appointment of Dr. Abdul Samad bin Hadi Sahli as Head of the Department of Journalism and Information at the College of Arts and Humanities, appointment of Dr. Ali bin Hadi Omair as Head of the Department of Psychology at the College of Education, and appointing Dr. Abdul Majid bin Muhammad Jali as Head of the Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology at the College of Pharmacy, assignment of Lecturer Abrar Maghbash Sultan to assume the duties of Head of the Department of Mathematics at the University College in Al-Dair, and renewing the appointment of Dr. Yassin bin Ali Ezzi as Vice-Dean of the English Language Institute for Academic Affairs.
