Jazan University: Media Department

The Scientific Council of Jazan University, headed by His Excellency the President of the University, Prof. Dr. Mar’ei bin Hussein Al-Qahtani, approved in its sixth and eighth sessions of the academic year 1444 AH a number of scientific promotions for faculty members to the ranks of Professor and Associate Professor, as follows:

Professor Dr. Zakaria bint Ahmed Zakari from the College of Sharia and Law at the Department of General Courses Unit to the rank of Professor, and Prof. Dr. Hanan bint Abu Al-Qasim Bosly from the College of Science at the Department of Biology to the rank of Professor, and Prof. Dr. Salah El-Din bin Muhammad Hanif from the College of Science at the Department of Mathematics to the rank of Professor.

The Board also agreed to grant Dr. Muhammad Danish Siddiqui from the College of Science, Department of Mathematics, to the rank of Associate Professor, Dr. Sabbavarapu Nageswara from the College of Science, Department of Mathematics, to the rank of Associate Professor, and Dr. Ishraq bint Ali Refai, from the College of Computer Science and Information Technology, Department of Information Technology and Security, to the rank of Professor. Dr. Anwar bin Shawqi Al-Hazmi from the College of Dentistry, Department of Preventive Dental Sciences, has been promoted as Associate Professor, Dr. Issa bin Ali Adhabi, from the College of Education, Department of Special Education, to the rank of Associate Professor, and Dr. Asma bint Ahmed Al-Harbi from the College of Science, Department of Biology, to the Associate Professor position.
