Jazan University launches a program to raise the competencies of government agencies’ employees while adapting to the accrual basis of accounting

Jazan University: Media Department The Vice President of Jazan University, Prof. Dr. Muhammad bin Ali Ma’ashi, confirmed that the conversion program to the accrual basis of accounting is a training program that explains the culture of accounting transformation and raises the efficiency of workers in the administrative and financial aspects within government agencies. This came during the launch of a training program, in cooperation with the Accounting Merit Center at the Ministry of Finance at the auditorium of the College of Computer Science and Information Technology this morning. Dr. Ma’ashi indicated that the program aims to raise the efficiency of employees of the financial, procurement, assets and facilities departments in government agencies in the region, and introduce them to the transformation project. The first day of the program witnessed the training of course attended by a number of beneficiaries from various government agencies in the region. On its second day, the completion of a training course will be done during which comprehensive information about the program and how to raise the efficiency of government agencies in accounting will be presented according to the accrual accounting principle.
