Jazan University concludes "Job Performance Management" seminar for its senior leadership

Jazan University has concluded its seminars directed for the University’s senior and academic leaders, which were organised by the Deanship of Human Resources in cooperation with the Institute of Public Administration entitled: “Job Performance Management.”

The Dean of Human Resources at Jazan University, Dr. Mansour bin Hamoud Awaji, explained that the seminars for academic leaders at the university consist of two programs, the first of which lasted over 3 days, and next week will witness the implementation of the second program entitled: “Strategic Human Resources Management”.

Dr. Awaji pointed out that the program aims, in its content, to raise professionalism and aim in its entirety to increase the effectiveness of the organization by developing the performance of the existing manpower, which will positively reflect on improving administrative practices and increasing productivity within the University.

It is noteworthy that the program targeted 25 male and female trainees, and included a number of axes, including: the focus of the job performance cycle, performance planning, performance evaluation, performance review and development, and job performance grievances.
