Jazan University: Media Department

His Royal Highness Prince Muhammad bin Nasser bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Jazan Region, witnessed the signing of a cooperation agreement between Jazan University and Jazan Chamber of Commerce during the launch of the International Investment and Trade Franchise Exhibition yesterday evening at the Prince Sultan Cultural Center.

His Excellency the President of Jazan University, Prof. Mar’ei bin Hussain Al-Qahtani, explained that the signing of this agreement is to strengthen the partnership with the private sector and to explore more avenues of cooperation between the public and private sectors, stressing that the university is keen to expand the frameworks of its agreements and provide advisory, administrative, academic, industrial and technical services to the community.

His Excellency the President of the University indicated that the agreement aims to establish joint training programs to help qualify local youth, and to work on studies to Saudiaze professions and empower young men and women through the development of training programs of international quality that meet the needs and support sustainable development in the region.

For his part, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Jazan Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Ahmed Abu Hadi, confirmed that signing an agreement with the University is beneficial for the Jazan Chamber because the university possesses academics and qualified human resources. ​
