The Department of Internal Communication at Jazan University participates in the Internal Communication Conference

Jazan University, represented by the Deanship of Human Resources, participated in the Internal Communication Conference that was held in Riyadh from 6 to 7 September. The conference aimed to shed light on the topic of internal communication and contribute to the development of professional capabilities and the development of competitive spirit of human resources.

The University's participation was headed by the Dean of Human Resources, Dr. Mansour Awaji, and the participating delegation included a number of employees of the University's internal communication department.

Dr. Awaji explained that the University’s participation is due to the keenness of the President of the University, Prof. Mar’ei bin Hussein Al-Qahtani to develop the capabilities and knowledge of the University’s employees, including the employees of the Internal Communication Department. The participation contributed to strengthening aspects of cooperation and exchange of experiences between experts and specialists in internal communication, in order to build an effective strategy for internal communication to make the university work environment more productive, collaborative and engaging.

Dr. Awaji stressed that internal communication is the future of work in organizations in the public and private sectors and has a direct impact on the success of the entity or organization, indicating that the conference discussed many topics, most notably artificial intelligence and its uses in communication in the work environment, the concept of modern internal communication in organizations.

Dr. Awaji pointed out that the University's participation included specialized employees in the field of internal communication, institutional communication, employee relations, and human resources management. Dr. Awaji extended his thanks to the President of the University for his unlimited support to the Deanship of Human Resources so that it may contribute to the development of the work environment at the University.
