The Dean of Human Resources at Jazan University, Dr. Mansour Awaji, held his periodic meeting with the university’s employees, in the presence of all directors, heads of departments and employees.

At the beginning of the meeting, Dr. Al-Awaji thanked the staff of the Deanship, praising them for their cooperation, keenness and distinguished efforts. The meeting included presentation and discussion of proposals, identifying points that serve administrative work, and discussing obstacles and difficulties that were monitored during the plan. The meeting touched upon a number of points, the most important of which is educating the employees and urging them to be regular and dedicated to work and opening the door for communication with the departments of the Deanship for inquiries and clarifications, in addition to urging them to conduct events in an orderly manner that suits the university’s employees.
It was also directed to publish an organizational structure for each department and a number of important issues that improve the productivity of administrative work and raise the level of the successful administrators who serve the employees of Jazan University.

Dr. Awaji also directed the staff to create a distinguished system at a high level of performance, by guiding graduates and academic and administrative competencies, and working to raise the level of performance by facilitating work procedures and completing them with a high degree of proficiency and creativity.
