Samtah University College, represented by the Student Guidance Unit, organized a workshop entitled Personal Traits and their Relationships with the Job, carried out by Dr. Amira Bayoumi, in which she talked about physical and personal traits and self-skills as one of the factors affecting career choice.

At the beginning of the workshop, I dealt with the nature of personality, then I touched on the most important characteristics of personality and its components, then I talked about the factors affecting personality, and then some theories that explain personality, including patterns theory, social learning theory, and other important theories, after that, I showed the methods of measuring personality and its types and what is appropriate Each type of job is for a job, and she confirmed at the end of the workshop that a person needs a number of self-skills in order to be able to succeed and excel in the job he occupies.​
