Coronavirus Vaccine Center at Jazan University starts administering the third dose to beneficiaries

Jazan University, represented by the Coronavirus Vaccine Center at the University Hospital, continues to receive community members and university employees for the administration of the third dose, as part of the national campaign for immunization against the Coronavirus, and to expand the scope of community immunity.
The Supervisor of the General Administration of Medical Services and the Operation of the University Hospital, Dr. Madani Al-Issa, stated that the Coronavirus Vaccine Center at the University receives those who wish to take the third dose and have completed three months after taking the second dose. Dr. Al-Issa added that the center is working at full capacity at the University Hospital to receive beneficiaries from Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 am – 6 pm.
Dr. Madani called on all members of society to take the third dose; as it contributes towards raising immunity against the Omicron variant, reducing to mild and moderate symptoms in case of infection, and protecting a high percentage of hospitalization cases. He called on all to register through the “Sehaty” app, with the need to continue to adhere to preventive measures such as wearing masks and social distancing, disinfecting hands and not shaking hands, to reduce the spread of the Coronavirus.
