Under the patronage of the Dean of the University College in Al-Dayer Governorate, Dr. Tanweer Ahmed Hindi, the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs represented by the Alumni Relations and Employment Unit, in cooperation with the Psychological Counseling Unit, within the programs of the graduate training plan, organized a workshop entitled (personal interview) prepared and presented by Dr. Inshirah Khader Al-Badawi, Head of the Counseling Unit Psychology and community service unit of the college. The workshop began with an introduction to the importance of the personal interview and that it is one of the most important elements of oral communication, so we must be fully prepared for it. Then, Dr. Inshirah presented the workshop's axes, which are the types of interviews, personality assessment, respect for the appointment and the requirements that must be met before conducting the interview. In conclusion, she noted the importance of forming a first impression and that it is one of the most important reasons for the success of the personal interview.
