His Excellency the President of Jazan University, Prof. Mar’ei bin Hussein Al-Qahtani, extended heartfelt greetings to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin AbdulAziz Al Saud and to His Royal Highness Prince Muhammad bin Salman bin AbdulAziz, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence – may God preserve them – on the occasion of the blessed Eid Al-Fitr He commended the Kingdom’s major achievements and mega projects that had a great impact on the Kingdom’s progress in all fields.

This came during the meeting organised by the General Administration of Public Relations and Media this morning, while adhering to preventive measures, in the presence of the University Council members, in the University Tower.

His Excellency praised the Kingdom’s successes in ensuring health security with the support of our wise leadership. Dr. Al-Qahtani also praised the efforts made by the University towards achieving herd immunity, namely the General Administration of Medical Services and the Operation of the University Hospital, the College of Medicine, students of health colleges, the technical and security staff. They have been dedicated in serving the community in providing vaccinations as well as tackling the misinformation and vaccine hesitancy through awareness campaigns.
