The President of Jazan University inaugurates the Corona Vaccine Center at the University Hospital

His Excellency the President of Jazan University, Prof. Dr. Marei bin Hussein Al-Qahtani, confirmed that the university has contributed since the beginning of the Corona pandemic crisis in finding solutions to it by contributing to research, seminars and scientific conferences, and harnessing its human and material resources and capabilities, adding that the Corona Vaccine Center at the university hospital is an extension of those efforts in cooperation with Ministry of Health and Health of Jazan.

This came during the inauguration of His Excellency, this morning, the Corona Covid-19 Vaccine Center at the university, in the presence of the university's deputies and the general supervisor of the University Hospital, Dr. Madani Al Issa.

His Excellency indicated that the center includes 105 clinics, and the first batch of vaccines that arrived amounts to 30,000 doses, adding that there are other batches that will be received by the center, which provides services to all without exception, including university employees, military sectors and all members of society, citizens and residents, through prior reservation from the Through the Mohsen platform launched by the university.

For his part, the General Supervisor of the Vaccine Center at the University Hospital, Dr. Madani Al Issa, indicated that the first day at the Corona Covid-19 Vaccine Center witnessed a turnout by the university’s employees to take the vaccine amid easy procedures while adhering to the precautionary measures that start with reservation through the page of the General Administration of Medical Services, When coming to the center, a number is taken and the paths leading to the clinic site are followed, and after taking the dose, registration is made on the Sehaty platform to be able to take the second dose.
