Jazan University Vice President for Academic Affairs inaugurates “Alumni Relations”

The Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, Dr. Hassan bin Abdullah Ishaq, presided over the first meeting of the Faculties’ Employment and Graduate Relations Coordinators, which was organized by the Deanship of Student Affairs at the Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology theatre, Tuesday morning.

Dr. Ishaq emphasized the direction provided by the leadership for the University’s role in the construction and development witnessed by the Kingdom and its development policy in accordance with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030. He appreciated the bodies cooperating with the university participating in serving the labor market and qualifying Saudi youth to engage in construction and sustainable development.

Dr. Ishaq indicated that the University’s Graduate Relations Center provides training programs, workshops and skill development, and prepares elaborate plans to contribute to providing job opportunities for university students, in addition to providing guidance and direction to help them avail the job opportunities that are compatible with their aspirations.

The Dean of Student Affairs at the University, Dr. Othman bin Musa Hakami, reviewed the roles and tasks of the Graduate and Employment Relations Center, stressing that the center seeks to be distinguished and a pioneer at the national level in providing programs that contribute to developing the skills of university students and building a relationship between the university and its graduates, in addition to preparing the necessary programs and work plans.
