His Excellency the President of Jazan University, Prof. Dr. Mar’ei bin Hussein Al-Qahtani, and the General Director of Education in Jazan Region, Dr. Ibrahim bin Muhammad Abu Hadi, signed a joint cooperation agreement yesterday morning at the University.

The agreement aims to benefit from the University’s expertise in developing and improving the professional performance of teaching staff in Jizan and to take care of the field training for Jazan University graduates in educational specializations.

His Excellency the University President explained that the agreement comes on the basis of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 towards education that drives the national economy. He also stressed that the partnership between sectors is one of the most important pillars of achieving the goals of the Kingdom’s vision to develop joint work in order to prepare a promising generation reinforced with values ​​and equipped with the necessary skills to participate in the modernization and development of our nation.

While the Director-General of Education in Jazan Region, Dr. Ibrahim bin Muhammad Abu Hadi, indicated that Jazan University possesses the necessary infrastructure and staff to train and improve the skills of the qualified cadres, which could contribute to strengthening the terms of the partnership between the university and the education administration. He added that the Education Department seeks to expand its community partnerships to prepare its students, enhance their potential and refine their talents, scientific and practical knowledge.
