The Deanship of Academic Development at Jazan University held its second meeting with five colleges in the framework to follow up the work of preparing advanced university programs for academic accreditation for the Faculties of Science, Computer Science, Pharmacy, Public Health, and Tropical Medicine and the Faculty of Arts, in the presence of the Dean of Academic Development and Coordinators.

During the meeting, the reports of the Deanship’s internal review committee of the documents for qualifying these colleges and meeting their training and consulting needs were discussed, in addition to a meeting with the Faculty of Engineering and the College of Industrial Applications in Baish regarding discussing the programs of these colleges to be accredited with ABET external academic accreditation.

These efforts come as an extension of the continuous support and follow-up of the Deanship of Academic Development that has achieved for the university’s academic programs, in order to preserve its academic standing and obtain program accreditation for its programs.
