  • Developing the academic work systems in the college in line with the objectives and strategic plans.
  • Achieving academic accreditation for the programs in accordance with the requirements of the Education and Training Evaluation Commission in the Kingdom.

Tasks

  • Applying quality standards in all aspects of college work to improve the educational and educational process outputs according to the requirements of the Education and Training Evaluation Commission in the Kingdom.
  • Supporting continuous improvement and development of quality through continuous monitoring of work in the academic departments in accordance with the college vision and the requirements of the Deanship of Academic Development at the university.
  • Follow up the preparation of descriptions and reports of academic programs and decisions of the college on the forms of Education and Training Evaluation Authority in the Kingdom.
  • Follow up on the results of the curriculum reports, learning outcomes and statistics for the academic programs in the college.
  • Preparing and following up the implementation of all the necessary questionnaires to measure learning outcomes and performance indicators in academic programs to fulfill them in accordance with the requirements of Education and Training Evaluation Authority in the Kingdom.
  • Supervising the academic, institutional and programmatic evaluation activities in the college.
  • Mainstreaming the criteria and requirements for programmatic accreditation of Education and Training Evaluation Authority of Academic Programs at the College.
  • Organizing seminars and workshops to develop the capabilities of the college and explain the concept and requirements of Education and Training Evaluation Authority for program Accreditation .
  • Provide support and advice to the departments of the College of Science to obtain academic accreditation for its programs.
  • Oversee the implementation of the program self-study of academic programs and provide the necessary support in this regard.
  • Propose the names of independent reviewers of the college’s programs according to their specializations to express an independent opinion on the process of self-study of the college’s academic programs.
  • Follow up the academic accreditation process for college programs with the Deanship of Academic Development at the university.
  • Holding regular monthly meetings and raising their records to the Vice-President of the College for Development for approval.
