Tasks:

• Determine the tools and mechanisms for collecting data of students and faculty members in the department and their scientific activities and analyzing methods.
• Providing periodical statistical reports, evaluation and measurement methods to ascertain the performance of students and support decision-makers in the department.
• Providing databases and systems that support the flow of information within/out of the department to bridge the information gap.
• Preparing periodical studies about students' performance which contains accurate statistical information to support academic advising.
• Documenting statistical data on student progress and program completion rates.
• Documenting statistical data for students ’evaluations of the educational process.
• Documenting statistical data on graduate employment results.
• Documenting all administrative decisions related to planning, improvement and development of the program and its annexes.
• Make annual comparisons to improve performance and achieve visions.
• Empowering decision-makers with reliable information and systems that support their decisions.
• Coordination with the administrative of IE departments to contact with other administrations in Jazan University to develop and update systems and tools.
• Study, documentation, analysis and publication of IE the department's statistical information.
• Documenting statistical data for learning resources, facilities and support equipment.
