Guidelines for Abstracts

  1. The abstract must not exceed 300 words.
  2. The title must be clear, precise, and reflective of the abstract content.
  3. The submitted abstract must be original, unpublished, and not previously presented at any other conference or scientific forum. The plagiarism rate must not exceed 20%.
  4. The abstract should include the study background and significance, research objective, methodology, key findings or expected results, and conclusion or recommendations (if applicable).
  5. The abstract must contain 3 to 5 keywords.
  6. The abstract must be written in both Arabic and English.
  7. Two versions of the abstract must be submitted: one in Word format and one in PDF format.
  8. The English text should be in font size 12, font type Times New Roman, single-spaced.
  9. The Arabic text should be in font size 14, font type Simplified Arabic, single-spaced.
  10. In accordance with the conference regulations: a short CV must be submitted if participating with an oral presentation or poster.
  11. In accordance with the conference regulations: the participant must sign a pledge form to uphold Islamic values, religious regulations, and public laws of the Kingdom during the conference, as per the official guidelines for organizing conferences in Saudi Arabia.

Guidelines for the Full Research Paper

  1. The title must be clear, precise, and representative of the paper’s content.
  2. The names and details of the author(s) must be complete.
  3. The article must be submitted in its final format, including tables and figures placed appropriately within the text, printed as paginated pages in sequence. The structure should be as follows:
    a. Abstract in Arabic and English (typically between 150–300 words)
    b. Keywords: 3–5 terms relevant to the research topic
    c. Introduction: background, research problem, objectives, and significance
    d. Theoretical Framework / Literature Review: presentation of previous studies and their connection to the research problem
    e. Methodology: methodology, tools, sample, and statistical methods (if applicable)
    f. Results: scientific presentation of results (tables, figures, analyses...)
    g. Discussion: interpretation of results and comparison with previous studies
    h. Conclusion and Recommendations: concise summary and practical/research recommendations
    i. References: formatted according to the approved citation style
  4. The article length should be between 10–20 pages, including references and appendices.
  5. In accordance with conference regulations: for oral presentations, a PowerPoint presentation must be prepared.

Guidelines for Posters

  1. Poster dimensions must be 120 cm in height and 80 cm in width.
  2. The poster must include the research title and the names and affiliations of the author(s).
  3. The poster should present the research in its final format, as follows:
    • Abstract in Arabic and English (not exceeding 300 words)
    • Keywords: 3–5 terms relevant to the research topic
    • Introduction: background, research problem, objectives, and significance
    • Theoretical Framework / Literature Review: presentation of previous studies and their relevance to the research problem
    • Methodology: explanation of the research design, tools, sample, and statistical methods (if applicable)
    • Results: scientific presentation using tables, figures, and analysis
    • Discussion: interpretation of results and comparison with previous studies
    • Conclusion and Recommendations: concise summary and practical/research-based recommendations
    • References: formatted according to the approved citation style
