Samtah University College, represented by the Student Guidance Unit, organized a workshop entitled "Personal Traits and their Relationships to the Job". It was carried out by Dr. Amira Bayoumi, in which she talked about physical and personal traits and self-skills as one of the factors affecting career choice. At the beginning of the workshop, she dealt with the nature of personality, then she touched on the most important characteristics of personality and its components, then she talked about the factors affecting personality, and then some theories that explain personality, including the theory of patterns, social learning theory and other important theories. She emphasized at the end of the workshop that a person needs a number of self-skills in order to be able to succeed and excel in the job he occupies.
